After relocating to Canada in 2008, she followed her calling to integrate science, nature, and wellness into clinical practice, completing her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in British Columbia.

A Personalized, Whole-Body Approach

Dr. Gina works with patients of all ages, with a primary focus on hormonal health, digestive wellness, and metabolic balance. She takes time to understand each patient's full health picture, combining evidence-informed naturopathic treatments with targeted testing and individualized care plans that work with your body, not against it.

Areas of Focus

Women's Hormonal and Endocrine Health

Hormonal balance affects every aspect of how you feel, from your energy and mood to your cycle, skin, and sleep. Dr. Gina supports women through all life stages, from PMS and irregular cycles to perimenopause, menopause, thyroid dysfunction, adrenal imbalances, hormone-related acne, chronic yeast infections, and hormone-related migraines. If you have been told your labs are normal but you still do not feel like yourself, naturopathic care can offer a deeper look.

Digestive Health

Your gut is the foundation of your overall health, influencing everything from immunity to mental clarity. Dr. Gina addresses the root causes of chronic digestive concerns including IBS, IBD, SIBO, GERD, candida overgrowth, and food sensitivities, using targeted testing and gut restoration protocols to help you feel better from the inside out.

Food Sensitivities and Immune Health

Unidentified food sensitivities can drive inflammation, fatigue, bloating, skin issues, and more. Dr. Gina uses specialized testing to identify triggers and creates personalized elimination and gut-healing plans to reduce inflammation and restore immune balance.

Stress, Burnout and Adrenal Health

Chronic stress is one of the most underestimated drivers of hormonal disruption, poor sleep, weight gain, and exhaustion. Dr. Gina's approach to adrenal and stress-related conditions goes beyond surface-level advice. She assesses cortisol patterns, nervous system function, and lifestyle factors to build a realistic, sustainable path back to resilience.

Metabolic Health and Weight Management

Struggling with energy, weight, or blood sugar? Dr. Gina addresses the underlying physiology behind insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, and stubborn weight, creating individualized plans focused on sustainable, long-term results rather than quick fixes.

Aesthetic Medicine and Skin Health

Dr. Gina offers cosmetic Botox treatments alongside a holistic approach to skin health, because great skin starts from within. Whether you are looking to address fine lines or support your skin through hormonal changes, her integrative approach combines aesthetic treatments with nutritional and lifestyle support.

Healthy Aging and Longevity

Feeling vibrant as you age is possible with the right support. Dr. Gina helps patients optimize nutrition, support detoxification pathways, and make targeted lifestyle changes that promote energy, clarity, and vitality at every stage of life.
