Registered Massage Therapy

Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) focuses on assessing and treating muscles, joints, connective tissues, and movement dysfunction. Massage therapy can help relieve muscle tension, improve mobility, reduce pain, support injury recovery, and promote overall relaxation. It is commonly used to help with sports injuries, workplace strains, chronic pain, headaches, and stress management.

Direct billing is available for RCMP, Veterans Affairs Canada, Department of National Defence (DND), Pacific Blue Cross, and many insurance providers through Telus eClaims. We do not currently accept ICBC or WorkSafeBC claims for massage therapy.

 

Chiropractic Care

Our chiropractor provides evidence-based care to help restore movement, reduce pain, and improve overall function. Treatment may include spinal adjustments, joint mobilization, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation exercises, ergonomic advice, and lifestyle recommendations. Chiropractic care can be beneficial for back pain, neck pain, headaches, sports injuries, workplace injuries, postural strain, and many other musculoskeletal conditions.

Custom foot orthotics are individually designed medical devices created specifically for your feet. Following a biomechanical assessment, custom orthotics help improve alignment, support proper movement, reduce stress on joints and soft tissues, and relieve pain affecting the feet, ankles, knees, hips, and lower back. Unlike over-the-counter inserts, custom orthotics are designed to meet your unique needs and activity level.

 

Clinical Counselling

Our Registered Clinical Counsellor provides compassionate, confidential support in a safe and welcoming environment. Counselling can help individuals, couples, and families navigate anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and personal growth. Animal-assisted counselling may also be available for clients who benefit from incorporating a therapy dog into their sessions.
