Acupuncture / Cupping / Cosmetic (Facial) Acupuncture
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) encompasses many different ancient Chinese therapies. Our centre offers Acupuncture, Cupping and Cosmetic Acupuncture. These therapies have proven beneficial for conditions such as headaches, insomnia, hormonal imbalances, digestive disturbances and stress.

Registered Massage Therapy
A Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) is an expert in soft tissue dysfunction and joint complications in the body. A Registered Massage therapist can provide relief for many conditions such as back pain or inflammation, injuries relating to work, sport or motor vehicle accidents, arthritis, tendinitis, and overall stress relief.

Chiropractic
A chiropractor is a licensed Doctor who has been trained to diagnose and treat a variety of neuromusculoskeletal health issues. With the use of spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and advice in the form of exercise and proper nutrition, chiropractic care is beneficial for many ailments such as neck/back pain, sports or work injuries, and postural strain.

Orthotics are custom foots supports designed to your own unique structural concerns. They are designed to fit your feet more efficiently than over-the-counter (OTC) arch supports and balance the bio-mechanical inadequacies of your feet and legs. Most importantly they help to ease your pain and relieve stress from the body tissues, which can help with foot, knee, hip, and lower back problems.​
Clinical Counseling
A Registered Clinical Counselor is trained in many therapies and techniques to help you develop the insight to recognize, prevent and change undesirable situations in your life. Clinical counselors can aid with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, eating disorders or weight management stress, childhood traumas, and relationship problems.

Naturopathy or naturopathic medicine is a form of alternative medicine employing a wide array of "natural" modalities, including nutraceuticals (supplements), herbalism, acupuncture, as well as diet and lifestyle counseling.
